“Huma Quşu” Fund Announces the “From Dream to Reality” Scholarship Competition

The “Huma Quşu” Educational Support Fund is relaunching Humay’s “From Dream to Reality” scholarship competition with the aim of supporting young people in achieving their educational goals. The competition is intended for individuals studying or wishing to study at the bachelor’s, master’s, or PhD level in Azerbaijan or abroad. A total of 4 winners will be selected, each receiving a scholarship of 2,500 AZN.

Who can apply for the scholarship?

- Azerbaijani citizens living in Azerbaijan or abroad;

- Individuals aged 16–35 at the time of application;

- Those with high academic performance;

- Individuals whose family income is less than 600 AZN per person (with supporting financial documents).

In addition to answering the questions, applicants must send the following documents via email to humagushufund@gmail.com (indicating the scholarship name in the subject line):

1. Latest academic transcript

2. Financial documents (proof of family income) and/or a certificate from the workplace (indicating salary)

3. Certificate of family composition

! Applications submitted without documents will be considered incomplete.

! All documents must be sent in one email. If any correction is needed, all documents must be resent together in a single email. Otherwise, the application will not be accepted.

! The use of AI tools (ChatGPT, Gemini, Copilot, Jasper AI, etc.) when answering the questions is not allowed.

! Bank account statements are not considered valid financial documents.

! Deadline for submission of applications: June 15, 2026
