The First Selection Stage of the “Humay’s From Dream to Reality” Scholarship Competition Has Been Completed

The first stage of the “Humay’s From Dream to Reality” scholarship competition, announced by the “Huma Quşu” Educational Support Fund for young people studying or wishing to study at the bachelor’s, master’s, or PhD levels in Azerbaijan and abroad, has been successfully concluded.

The initial stage of the competition, entitled “Review of Submitted Documents,” has been completed. Statistics show that a total of 74 applications were submitted for the scholarship programme. Unfortunately, 45% of the applications had to be rejected at this stage due to improperly prepared or incomplete documentation.

Following a detailed technical and content-based review of all submitted documents by the Fund’s Supervisory Board, 41 candidates successfully qualified for the next stage of the selection process.

During this stage, the primary evaluation criteria included the accurate completion of application forms, the completeness of the required documentation, and compliance with the key eligibility requirements established by the programme.
