IMPORTANT NOTICE REGARDING SCHOLARSHIP APPLICATIONS
The “Huma Quşu” Educational Support Fund would like to draw the attention of scholarship applicants to several important matters, given the rapidly growing number of candidates applying to its scholarship programmes. All applications undergo an initial screening, review, and interview process before a final decision is made. However, during the application stage, the Fund has observed frequent issues related to improperly prepared documents, repeated submission of the same information through email and communication channels, incomplete materials, and duplicate inquiries.
To prevent such technical errors and to ensure the efficient use of time by the Fund’s volunteer team involved in administering the competitions, applicants are kindly requested to adhere strictly to the established application requirements.
Applications will not be accepted for initial review in the following cases:
- Submission of documents that have not been requested (e.g., CVs, bank account statements, loan payment records, etc.);
- Failure to resubmit the complete set of documents in a single email when corrections have been requested;
- Providing family composition information in plain text rather than as an official document;
- Failure to include income information for all family members listed in the family composition certificate;
- Failure to provide official supporting documentation confirming that parents are unemployed;
- Submission of documents that do not contain a date, official stamp, signature, or an active QR code.
The Fund would like to emphasize that applications submitted in an incomplete format or not prepared in accordance with the stated requirements will not be considered.
In addition, to ensure the proper management of workload, questions submitted via WhatsApp will not be answered. For any inquiries regarding the application process, each applicant is requested to send only one email.
Applicants are strongly encouraged to review the competition announcement, this notice, and other information available on the Fund’s website before contacting the Fund’s representatives with questions.
We thank you in advance for your attention and cooperation and wish each of you the very best of success in the competition.
