“Huma Quşu” Fund Holds Exclusive Study Abroad Webinar for Scholarship Recipients

The “Huma Quşu” Educational Support Fund continues its mission of supporting the academic and professional development of its scholarship recipients. As part of this commitment, the Fund organised a closed webinar dedicated to study opportunities abroad, application strategies and academic planning.

The online session brought together two experienced education professionals: Mehin Mammadli, BEIC’s Study Abroad Specialist, and Ramina Mursudova, Associate Director of Parent and Student Relations at the University of California, Davis (UC Davis). Both speakers shared their extensive experience and expertise with the participants.

The webinar focused on the following topics, with participants’ questions addressed in detail:

* Key stages of preparing to study abroad and strategic planning;

* Application procedures for international universities and essential supporting documents;

* Guidelines for writing a successful statement of motivation;

* Available scholarship opportunities and financial aid mechanisms;

* Student life abroad and the process of adapting to a new environment.

The session was highly interactive, with scholarship recipients actively participating and raising a range of questions.
