Applications Open for Humay’s “From Dream to Reality” Scholarship Competition
The “Huma Quşu” Educational Support Fund is once again launching Humay’s “From Dream to Reality” Scholarship Competition to support the academic development of young people and help them turn their educational aspirations into reality.
The competition is open to individuals who are currently pursuing or wish to pursue undergraduate, master’s or PhD studies in Azerbaijan or abroad. Six winners will each receive a scholarship of AZN 2,500.
Who is eligible to apply?
* Azerbaijani citizens residing in Azerbaijan or abroad;
* Individuals aged 16–35 at the time of application;
* Applicants with strong academic records;
* Applicants whose family income per capita is below AZN 600 (supporting financial documents must be provided).

In addition to answering the application questions, applicants must send the following documents to humagushufund@gmail.com, specifying the scholarship name in the subject line:
* Most recent academic transcript;
* Financial documents confirming family members’ income and/or an employment certificate indicating salary;
* Certificate of family composition;
* Estimated amount required to cover educational expenses (prepared as an Excel spreadsheet using the sample provided at the following link:

Important requirements
* Online applications submitted without the required supporting documents will be considered incomplete.
* All documents must be submitted in ONE EMAIL. If any document requires correction, the entire set of documents must be resubmitted together in a single email. Otherwise, the application will not be accepted.
* Applicants must not use AI tools (ChatGPT, Gemini, Claude, Jasper AI, etc.) when answering the application questions.
* Bank card account statements are not accepted as financial documents.
Deadline and selection process
Application deadline: 15 December 2026
The selection process will consist of the following stages:
* Review and discussion of submitted documents;
* Evaluation of applications;
* Interview;
* Announcement of winners.
